How we handle your details
A plain account of what this site collects and what we do with it. Last updated 3 October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, contact details, college or organisation, and what you tell us about your request. This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and to run the event, chapter, speaker slot or partnership you asked about.
- To tell you about SowMate events and courses, only if you ticked the box allowing it.
Sponsors
We share a student's details with an event's sponsors only if that student ticked the sponsor box on the registration form, and only for that event. We do not sell lists of people.
Under 18
If you do not tick "I am 18 or older", we do not send you promotional messages and we do not share your details with sponsors.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in SowMate's private workspace and sent to our own email inbox. Only people running SowMate can see them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email educate.sanjays@gmail.com and we will act on it.
